Masts and Spars
With the build and resoration of many a traditional sailing boat under their belts our skilled shipwrights are experienced in the making and repairing of wooden masts and spars.
We are well equipped to design, manufacture and assemble new large scale spars or to survey and repair where needed.
We can produce solid or hollow spars to suit your specification, using top quality, specially selected timber, and modern reliable adhesives.
Examples of our work can be seen on the pilot cutters within the New Build section of the website and most recently on the lovely Bessie Ellen who joined the yard over the winter for a new mast, coachroof and some maintenance.
